1: Conditions of payment

Clients are sent an invoice post session. I appreciate 24-48 hours' notice if you are unable to make an appointment as this gives me time to rebook the space. For Neural retraining fees are payable before course start to secure a placement on the course as spaces are limited. The fee will not be refunded because of a failure to attend the course or if the training course has commenced.

2: Confidentiality and privacy

Confidentiality and privacy of information within the group sessions is paramount. It is important you feel safe in our sessions, any details we discuss on the training  will not be passed on to anyone else, unless you request so. If however during a session I feel your life is in immediate danger or I have concerns about your safety and wellbeing it is appropriate for me to breach confidentiality as the health professional's first responsibility is to protect the client’s safety.

3: Disclaimer

Wendy Odey is a Registered Nurse and NLP practitioner, she uses mind-body interventions to help calm the stress response and allow natural healing to occur in the body. This can be used along mainstream treatments if you choose. She does not offer diagnoses or medication advise. She may make recommendations to Medical Doctors, Naturopaths, Physical therapists, Psychologists and Dietitian at times if she feels a  multi-disciplinary approach would benefit the client. On initial assessment Wendy will assess the client's readiness for the training program , if she feels any biomedical testing needs to be ruled out first she will make this recommendation. She only accepts client's on the training course that she feels will benefit.
